Anand is Group CEO of the latest and largest healthcare startup of 2017-18, Neuberg Diagnostics - an International Diagnostics Alliance. Neuberg Diagnostics group has some of the best known labs in India like Neuberg Anand Reference Laboratories, Neuberg Ehrlich and Neuberg Supratech Reference Laboratories. He was previously working with Metropolis Healthcare Ltd as their Chief Operating Officer and SBU – Head for South India and Sri Lanka Operations. He has handled various portfolios covering Sales, Network and Channel development and management, Marketing, Strategic Business Development, Greenfield projects including international, M&A – domestic and international, Hospital lab management contracts, PPP, PnL, process and people management, integration and change management, partner development and management.

Anand has also worked in In Vitro Diagnostics for 10 years covering various products and geographies across India. He has been involved in Product launches, new product development, sourcing, setting up and managing channel partners, distribution and supply chain.

Anand is a Graduate in Medical Technology from JIPMER Medical College, Pondicherry and an MBA in Marketing with a Fellowship in Advanced Marketing from IIAM, Mumbai and Strategic management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
